When you purchase, you will receive the 10-Week Workout Guide, the Exercise Guide, the Nutrition and Recipe Guide and the Getting Started Guide. You will also need to select your in-person training time before purchasing. There are 4 options for Training - Tuesday or Thursday at 6 or 7 am. Please select one and write "Yes" in the field of the hour you want and "No" in the other fields.
